We're looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to take a leading role on the day shift at a modern, highly automated food manufacturing site in Lincolnshire. If you're a driven engineer ready to step up and make a real impact in a forward-thinking environment, this could be your next big move.

The Role:

As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the technical lead on your shift, responsible for:

8. Performing planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
9. Leading on fault-finding and diagnostics - with a strong multiskilled focus (electrical bias ideal)
10. Working closely with production and site teams to drive equipment efficiency and uptime
11. Championing continuous improvement and contributing to engineering projects
12. Ensuring all work meets H&S and food safety standards
13. Supporting and mentoring colleagues, creating a proactive, reliable shift culture

What You'll Need:

14. A background in food/FMCG manufacturing
15. Proven experience in a senior or lead engineer position
16. A strong multiskilled engineering profile, ideally with PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley or Siemens a bonus)
17. A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
