Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing relationship from a new starter to a leaver
- Process actions and payroll deadlines daily
- Input all payroll data on HR/payroll system (e.g. Resourcelink)
- Issue contracts for new starts
- Monitor and action emails & calls
Skills:
- Experience of delivering high-quality customer service (internal and external to the organisation)
- Experience of providing administrative support in a dynamic and complex organisation
- Good standard of general education
Duration – 14th Oct 2024 to 30th March 2025
Hours – 9am – 5pm / Monday to Friday
