This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students whose first language is not English, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to EAL students in both one-to-one and group settings. Assist in developing language skills to improve students' comprehension and communication. Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials and deliver targeted interventions. Monitor and record student progress, reporting to relevant staff. Foster a welcoming and supportive learning environment. Requirements: Experience working with EAL students or in a similar educational support role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt learning strategies to meet individual student needs. A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach.
