We have a full-time Clinical Support Worker vacancy within our CAMHS inpatient service, Ancora House. You would be required to work on a rotational shift basis, which includes days, nights, and twilight shifts.
You will be part of a supportive and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team. The role involves working collaboratively with individual service users, carers, and other stakeholders.
The individual must also be able to demonstrate an understanding and application of the 6 C’s in practice, these being Care; Compassion; Competence; Communication; Courage; and Commitment.
The job role involves a variety of tasks including supporting young people in education, providing different levels of observations, and liaising with external agencies and families/carers.
We are recruiting for full-time permanent and full-time 12 months fixed term roles.
CWP has adopted the Living Wage. Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below Living Wage, pay will be supplemented to this level.
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health, and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
To support this, we offer up to three weeks induction, dependent on role, with our Prepare to Care programme for all new starters. This programme welcomes you to CWP and provides you with information and training to support you in your role.
