Our client is looking for a confident and adaptable trainer to join their team for a short-term contract. The role involves learning the internal system from both a technical and user perspective and then training other team members on the system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quickly learn and understand the new system.
2. Train Management and other staff members on how to use the system effectively.
3. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and answer queries during the roll-out period.
Requirements:
1. Experience in training users on new systems or software.
2. Ability to grasp technical systems and translate them into user-friendly guidance.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Confident in leading training sessions for varied audiences.
