What the Job Involves In this role, you will lead and manage the strategy and governance for facilities management (FM) and capital projects across the Council and its partners. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for corporate health and safety, emergency planning, and business continuity. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, oversee the Council's major property-related projects, and manage budgets effectively. You will support senior leadership by advising on policies and performance measures and ensure continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
