We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated Lecturer in Outdoor and Adventurous Activities based at our Willerby Grove Campus (with an expectation that you will be able to work across all 3 sites) on a full time, permanent basis.
Main Duties of the Role:
Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by undertaking formal scheduled teaching and assessments and to include preparation and evaluation of delivery.
Essential Requirement:
1. GCSE level standard education or equivalent (maths & English).
2. Level 5 or above teaching Qualification (CertEd / PGCE or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.
3. Minimum of Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area (combination of land and water based instructional qualifications) e.g:
* Mountain leader
* Single pitch
* Paddle sport instructor
* Mountain bike instructor
* Orienteering instructor
* Archery instructor
* NSRA instructor
