About the role Embark on a transformative journey with Reckitt by becoming a Supply Graduate for our Supply Services department. You will form the instrumental force that gets our products to our customers. With a blend of creative problem solving and collaborative working you'll allow our consumers to live healthier lives and have happier homes. Within the graduate rotations, you will get a taste of collaborative planning, supply planning and logistics. You will have the opportunity to work with on Number 1 or Number 2 brands in all our primary markets and with key retail partners like Tesco, Amazon, Asda and Sainsbury (amongst many others). These rotations are designed to give you a broad understanding of the Reckitt Supply Chain and provide you with the necessary skills and experiences to fast track your supply career at Reckitt. You will be able to say that you work for a FTSE10 company and the most successful market innovator in the sector - with 30% of sales over three years coming from new products - and a company recognised for the strength of its financial management, offering numerous career development opportunities. Your responsibilities You will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our business, supporting the hygiene side of the business. Your key responsibilities are as follows; Collaborative Planning As part of the Collaborative Planning Team, you will be taken to the heart of the customer. Working in the team with some of our largest customers you will act as the face of Reckitt and deliver against supply joint business plans and KPIs. Working collaboratively with these customers you will be responsible for managing your customer supply chain contacts internally and externally. Ensuring we meet all our key supply chain metrics'. You will be building and maintaining successful relationships, delivering exceptional service level and customer satisfaction which in turn supports the company's joint business plans, net revenue growth and on shelf availability. Responsible for creating a collaborative forecast with your customer for key events and promotions. Using this forecast to align internally to ensure supply is optimised Regular review of customers stock holding, recommendations presented to the customer as a result of this analysis Supply Planning As part of the supply planning team you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our stock is available to meet our customer demand. You will need to successfully plan the supply of several brands coming from both external sources and Reckitt factories for the UK market, ensuring customer service targets are met whilst minimising inventory. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure optimum decision making and reaction to potential issues. Logistics It's no easy task to manage over 600 truck movements every week - during your time spent in our logistics team you will understand how this is done and the various issues which are dealt with to ensure there is no disruption to our end-to-end supply chain. The experience we're looking for A recent or 2025 graduate, with intermediate to advanced analytical and numerical skills Demonstrate a genuine passion for Supply Chain & an eagerness to learn and develop Driven with a hunger to work for a FTSE10 business, with a high level of ambition Able to demonstrate an understanding of our core values and how these would be applicable in the workplace Personable and with an ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels - from entry to director level Confident in working under pressure and when presented with new challenges.
