Job Overview
The importance of creating and managing demand generation through the execution of integrated campaigns has increased dramatically as the focus of B to B marketing is shifting towards engagement creation, contextual marketing and lifecycle marketing. Papirfly is creating a new regional/country marketing team to execute campaigns through multichannel marketing building on these news trends.
Key Responsibilities
The Manager Regional Demand Generation and Campaigns will be accountable for creating an end to end regional/country marketing plan. This includes campaign architecture, execution, delivery and measurement across all channels.
* Creating the regional/country marketing plan.
* Identifying and executing the right mix between Inbound Marketing, Account Based Marketing and Agency (Partner) Marketing
* Planning and executing the go-to-market strategy and marketing calendar, jointly with regional sales and SDR team
* Planning, creating, executing, monitoring, testing and improving performance across all marketing channels for your respective regions: optimising end to end integrated campaigns
* Driving audience segmentation and targeting in line with agreed ideal customer profiles, positioning and use cases.
* Developing the content strategy adjacent to the integrated marketing mix of online elements for each stage of the customer journey, together with the story and product marketing team and other regional marketing managers.
* Initiate in partnership with the story and product marketing team and design team in the production of bill of materials (BOM's). Including, e-cards, landing pages, white papers, webinars, sales/SDR assets and agency/partner assets. This includes the initial draft creation of selected bill of materials to scale the production of our content and campaign machinery.
In order to be successful, this person must collaborate tightly across the entire marketing, SDR and sales teams and form deep partnerships. Success will be measured by the effectiveness of our campaigns (ROI) and the achievement of demand generation goals.
Knowledge and Experience Required
* Degree in Marketing or related
* 7 to 10 years relevant experience for a software or technology provider
* Comfortable with executing, yet capable of also influencing others for joint results
* Exceptional (English) communication skills: must be able to articulate a clear, persuasive argument orally and in writing.
* Understanding of modern sales and marketing technology tools like CRM systems and marketing automation system.
* Based in London but will be managing the Nordic region so native Swedish or Norwegian speaking is required.
