Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Business Support Manager for a growing automotive service provider company. With hybrid working hours, 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, the respectable company are in search for the perfect candidate to join the team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working closely with the directors and operations department to ensure the smooth running of all operations
* Assisting with various projects at a time
* Being the first point of contact between clients and in-house departments
* Partnering with brands for business promotion, analysing development, creating new opportunities for sales growth and focusing on client care
* Data entry on new and updated contracts
* Being the front of house contact to welcome new guests and creating the customer experience
* Colleague engagement to onboard new staff and assist with internal events and projects
The ideal candidate:
* Degree in Business Management or related courses
* 3 years in a similar business environment
* Full UK Driving licence due to location
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Confident speaker and ability to deliver presentations
* Expert knowledge in technology and computing skills
* Discernment to handle private and confidential matters
* Ability to take initiative and responsibility
* Experience with franchises(preferred)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships
