SES Engineering Services are looking for an Electrical Technical Manager to join our North East team, focussing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Technical Managers are a valuable part of our business, and their role will encompass both work winning and the delivery of live projects whilst providing strong functional leadership and design resource on projects in the area from winning the tender through to completion.
As our Technical Manager you will:
* Accountable for Technical performance of allocated bids & Projects
* Responsible for the management of MEP & BIM design on allocated projects
* Accountability for technical assessment, coaching and development of Preconstruction Leaders, Design Project Managers & Project Managers & Engineers
* Managing design risk & opportunities with a robust and transparent approach
