We are looking to strengthen our senior nursing team by appointing a Director of Nursing for the Theatres, Anesthetics and Critical Care Clinical Division and Surgery Clinical Division.
The Director of Nursing is primarily responsible for the provision of a high-quality nursing service as well as leading on the governance of nursing standards and patient/service user experience agenda for Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care and Surgical Clinical Division.

If successful you will provide professional leadership nurses and other staff groups, contributing to the development of Divisional and Trust wide policy and strategy in relation to nursing.
There will be an expectation of close partnership working with staff at all levels, across various staff groups across the Trust to facilitate delivery of excellent high quality patient services.
