We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our ecommerce team with a focus on managing the social media strategy for 3 exciting online homeware brands, Vitinni, Alfresia and Fire Mountain across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate social media professional to take ownership of our brand presence, create engaging content, and help us grow our online community while driving sales through platforms such as TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for developing content, analysing performance data, and executing social media strategies that align with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
* Create engaging content, including videos, creative visuals, optimised SEO, and blog posts that resonate with our target audiences and align with brand strategies.
* Manage TikTok Shop performance, tracking and analysing key insights and data, creating regular reports to measure KPIs.
* Manage and maintain marketing calendar, monitoring promotional activities, and daily social media uploads.
* Conduct trend and competitor analysis to identify social media trends, monitor competitors, and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
* Write and design email marketing campaigns to engage customers and grow the database across all homeware brands, tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate on visual briefs and assist with photography to ensure content aligns with the brand’s visual identity.
* Identify and onboard affiliate partners who align with our brand values and target audience, including influencers, content creators, and industry bloggers.
* Track affiliate performance, using data and analytics to optimise partnerships and ensure they are meeting targets for conversions, sales, and ROI.
* Daily check of all social media comments & messages, monitoring and responding to feedback and social media posts.
* Brief graphic design and photography to create exciting content.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Ideally educated to a degree level or have existing social media experience.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
* Has experience in creating and executing content strategies with another brand or agency (experience with homeware or lifestyle brands is a plus).
* Experience in Hootsuite, Google analytics, PowerPoint, and Excel (TikTok Shop is a plus).
* Proficient in data analysis to interpret performance metrics and optimise campaigns for better engagement and return on investment.
* A self-starter, able to work independently and flexibly, but also collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Experience with email marketing platforms is advantageous, and familiarity with TikTok Shop is a plus.
* Photography and Videography skills are desirable.
