As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and support recruitment in our East Midlands hub, located in Burton:on:Trent.
We are a highly recognized and respected brand for supplying driving, industrial and commercial staffing throughout the UK, and working closely with our Burton, Derby and Leicester branches, you will be assisting with recruiting staff to fill the clients vacancies.
Key Duties:
* Account Management : (servicing existing clients and understanding their needs and requirements)
* Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards
* Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates
* Matching workers to outstanding / prospective vacancies
What is needed to be successful in this role?
* Excellent level of customer service.
* Must be articulate and enthusiastic.
* Good communication skills.
* Good administration skills.
* A self:starter with the desire to progress within their career.
* A full UK Driving Licence with access to own transport is essential.
Working hours are Monday : Friday, 8am:5pm.
The majority of your time will be spent in the Kenect Recruitment offices; however, you may be required to meet clients and candidates off:site from time to time, it is therefore essential that you have a full UK Driving licence.
