Programme
During this three-day paid programme you’ll get an insight into what a career at PwC could look like. You’ll meet mentors and buddies who’ll represent the variety of opportunities available across PwC. You’ll meet some of our Female colleagues to hear about their own personal career journeys, as well as from some of our networks focused on Inclusion and Diversity. Through interactive sessions, the programme will help you to develop confidence in a business setting and encourage you to bring your whole self to the workplace. At PwC, we nurture an environment where our people can be the best they can be.
Our Women in Business programme will be a 3-day paid programme taking place 14-16 April 2025. You will need to be in the UK to complete this programme.
What you'll do
Centre of Excellence (CoE) Teams
Our CoE teams specialise in complex audit areas. From the start, you'll engage in specialist learning, discussing pensions reporting and financial statements with Finance Directors of major clients. Your knowledge and responsibilities will grow rapidly through on-the-job learning. As an Audit specialist, you'll provide expert advice and support to colleagues and management. As your career progresses, you can choose to work within our broader Audit practice or deepen your expertise within the CoE. Either path offers a quality training programme and the opportunity to gain your Chartered Accountancy qualification.
What you'll gain
By completing the programme, you'll have the opportunity to be considered for a subsequent Summer Internship 2026 role in the location and business area which you've done the programme. Many of our summer internship participants go on to receive graduate role offers. Current graduates in this business area are studying the ACA or CA qualification, but this may be subject to change in future years.
What you'll need
You should be on track to complete an undergraduate degree in any subject, based on your most recent academic grades. Eligibility includes first-year undergraduates on a three-year degree course or second-year undergraduates on a four-year degree course.
When to apply
Once you have submitted your application, you'll have seven days to complete the online test, which is the first stage of our recruitment process. Applications for this role may close early should we receive a high volume of interest, so we recommend prompt application to avoid disappointment.
