Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience) car allowance & benefits

Our client is a highly respected provider of mechanical and electrical contracting services, with a rich history of delivering outstanding results in various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential. Their expertise in mechanical systems, coupled with their dedication to high-quality workmanship, has earned them a solid reputation in the industry.
Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of projects, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee mechanical contracts from inception through to completion, ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all aspects of mechanical contracts, from project initiation to final handover.
2. Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
3. Ensure all mechanical installations comply with industry standards and client specifications.
4. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
5. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager role within the mechanical engineering sector.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services.
3. Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical contracts, particularly in the commercial or industrial sectors.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
