LANXESS UK is now recruiting a Customer Service Representative to work in our Sudbury location on a 12-month contract. This is an onsite role Monday- Friday, based in Sudbury (CO10 2XD).
Working on site at our Sudbury office, you will work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure the smooth processing of all orders from initial request through to invoicing. As a Customer Service Representative, you will build and maintain excellent customer relationships, keeping the customer up to date in an honest and trustworthy manner.Process all UK orders onto the SAP system in a timely manner to allow goods to be despatched before the daily cut off.
Create requests to Master Data Team to ensure accounts are created or amended.
Work with Accounts to follow up on overdue payments / forward any remittance advice received directly or information regarding cash in advance payments.
Ensure any promotions are adhered to.
You will be an experienced Customer Service Representative who is confident working on their own and as part of a team. You must have strong interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator, with professional level English in both written and spoken.
Proficient with Microsoft office.
Experience in SAP is preferred but training will be provided.
