Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a proactive Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Oldbury.
Duties include:
Handle and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Provide outstanding service, addressing customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist with a variety of admin tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Monitor and chase outstanding invoices, supporting the finance team to maintain timely payments
Utilise Sage for order processing and basic accounting functions
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience in admin, customer service and sales order processing
Familiarity with Sage software is essential
Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude
High level of accuracy in processing orders and handling invoices
Ability to prioritise and handle tasks efficiently within deadlines
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 17:00pm
Friday 08:30am – 16:00pm
Pay Rate:
£11.75 per hour
This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent after a successful trial period.
