Job Description:
This is an administrative role, requiring technical writing skills as an advantage. Responsibilities include:
1. Ownership and maintenance of the Global Catalent Travel E-mail Inbox and travel category admin support.
2. Reviewing and responding to e-mail traveler queries, providing stakeholders with timely responses, updates, and feedback.
3. Administering and updating user profiles and aligning approvers with Catalent policies.
4. Supporting the Egencia & Travel website maintenance and applying updates.
5. Facilitating and supporting inbound and outbound calls with Egencia and Catalent business travelers and partners.
6. Maintaining and producing reports associated with travel transactions, invoices, and utilizing purchase order spend tools and reporting suites.
7. Providing invoice and resolution support associated with travel, corporate card, and global site-specific purchase order processes and transactions.
8. Supporting the delivery and maintenance of procurement & operational KPI reports.
9. Performing general administrative tasks as assigned.
Experience And Qualifications:
Candidates should have administration experience to a HNC level or equivalent work-related experience. Necessary qualifications include:
1. Proficient PC skillsets and a clear understanding of utilizing MS applications.
2. Working knowledge and experience within a procurement admin function is a distinct advantage.
3. Ability to work autonomously or as a fully supportive and integrated team member.
4. High energy, self-starter, and ability to multi-task.
5. Customer-focused individual and team player.
6. On-the-job systems training will be provided.
