Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
The Governors at Causeway Green Primary School are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our caring school and work as part of a team to supervise the children during lunchtimes. Responsibilities include:
1. Escorting children to and from school to the dining room.
2. Assisting the children with table manners, use of cutlery, cutting of meat, serving, etc.
3. Supervising children before and after the meal and during playground duty.
4. Organising games and activities.
Applicants should be:
1. Able to demonstrate a genuine care for the individual pupils.
2. Capable of catering for the needs of each individual child in their care.
3. Able to incorporate a variety of learning strategies.
4. Able to maintain open communications with parents, colleagues, and external agencies in building and maintaining a supportive and encouraging team environment.
We are looking for an applicant who:
1. Has excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Has excellent organisational skills.
3. Has experience of working with pupils.
4. Has experience of working with primary aged children.
