* Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions.
* Prepare basic financial statements, reports, and budgets using Xero.
* Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
* Oversee payroll, liaise with accountants, and coordinate with staff.
* Handle bookkeeping activities, presenting findings to management.
* Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
* Completion of VAT returns.
* Maintain the balance sheet.
* Maintain accurate and organised financial records.

The successful Finance Manager will possess:
