Job Description
XPS Group is a leading UK consulting and administration business specialising in the pensions and insurance sectors. Our Self Invested Pensions business continues to grow and we are now looking for a SIPP / SSAS Property Consultant to join our Stirling office with hybrid working.
The Role
As a SIPP / SSAS Property Consultant with XPS you will:
* Manage a portfolio of commercial property purchase and in-specie transfer transactions.
* Meet and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining department service and quality standards.
* Ensure the quality of work is of the highest standard.
* Liaise with Financial Advisers, Solicitors and other property professionals to ensure the transaction completes as smoothly as possible.
* Actively make recommendations to continually improve the department’s work processes and knowledge.
* Take ownership of their portfolio and all property related processes.
* Participate and help resolve complaints cases relating to property.
Your Profile
Essential Criteria:
* Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a similar pensions/office administration/customer service environment.
* Attention to detail and the ability to challenge third parties when required.
* Confident, self-motivated, and very organised.
* Ability to work towards tight and urgent deadlines.
