Job Title – Cruise Sales Specialist

Our client is recruiting a cruise consultant that has experience of selling a range of cruise products. You will be joining a specialist cruise team that is target-driven. We need you to provide expert advice and offer exceptional service to all clients.
Our client is an experienced travel company that has been providing amazing cruise and worldwide holidays for over sixty years.
Hours – 40 hours per week
Mon – Fri 9.00am – 8.00pm
Sat & Sun 9.00am – 5.00pm on a rota basis
Responsibilities:
* Be proactive in sourcing cruise products to support marketing campaigns
* Achieve all monthly key KPI’s, including conversion, volume, and margins
* Keep up to date with the latest cruise news and products
* Complete ongoing cruise training programmes
* Sell cruise products and deliver exceptional customer service at all times
* Support all promotional & marketing activity
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
* Demonstrable record of achieving KPI’s, with the ability to sell confidently and turn enquiries into sales
* Exceptional customer service skills with experience of working in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent telephone manner and listening skills with the ability to anticipate customers’ needs
* Ability to source and recognise cruise deals
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell the benefits of cruise over the telephone
* Excellent attention to detail
* High awareness of cruise campaigns
* Substantial knowledge of the cruise industry and products and what sells effectively
* A passion for cruise with a minimum of 1 year’s recent experience of selling cruise and ideally have personal cruise experience
