* Role: Commercial Manager
* Location: Bristol/Gloucestershire (hybrid working – 2 days a week in the office with occasional travel)
* Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus
* Clearance: Must have or be eligible to obtain SC clearance

* Manage and negotiate complex commercial contracts within the defence sector.
* Provide strategic commercial advice to stakeholders, ensuring compliance and best practices.
* Identify and mitigate risks while capitalising on opportunities for growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
