Role: We are seeking a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting, designing, and delivering business applications using Pega PRPC (8.x) and related frameworks, combined with strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: Certification and Technical Expertise: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) qualification is essential. Extensive experience with Pega PRPC (8.x), including enterprise-class structure design, data modelling, and application frameworks. Hands-on expertise in delivering scalable and robust Pega-based solutions adhering to Pega best practices for performance, security, and integration. Strong understanding of BPM/BRE solutions and interface/integration technologies. Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to provide technical leadership, guiding teams in designing and implementing Pega solutions. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, discussing technical and business requirements. Strong ability to lead requirements discussions and advocate for leveraging Pega’s out-of-the-box capabilities. Project Delivery: Demonstrable experience delivering projects within Agile methodology frameworks. Ability to work with Product Owners to develop requirements, solution concepts, and prototypes. Effective in driving discussions and translating business needs into technical specifications. Cloud and Systems Expertise: Practical experience working with cloud systems and application servers.
