We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager – Entertainment to join the Maybourne Sales team.
Maybourne owns and manages Claridge's, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Emory, The Maybourne Beverly Hills and The Maybourne Riviera.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager – Entertainment, you will also be responsible developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in line with hotel budgets. Account responsibility includes the companies based in London, Paris and the UK responsible for entertainment guests.
Main responsibilities of the Sales Manager – Entertainment role include but are not limited to:
* Through strong strategic sales plans, the Sales Manager will deliver revenue from music companies, production companies, travel agency accounts for the transient and group segments.
* To actively focus on meeting KPI’s and deliver revenue growth for Maybourne.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
* Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with leads and prospects.
* Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
* To have excellent product knowledge of Maybourne’s suite proposition and set up for small parties.
* To conduct proactive sales calls with identified business sources, assess potential and arrange sales appointments.
* To conduct proactive sales calls, completing call notes in Sales force and instigating agreed follow up activities.
* To work alongside the on property sales teams to showcase Maybourne’s Stories of Distinction through fam trips and on property experiences.
* To negotiate partnerships that deliver ROI for Maybourne where clients actively value Maybourne in their preferred hotel relationships.
* To be an Ambassador for Maybourne Illustrated.
* To have a strong product knowledge of all hotels and the Maybourne brand pillars and manifestos.
* To complete weekly sales activities, monthly reports, expenses and any other sales report in a timely fashion if and when required.
* To facilitate the smooth handover of booked business to the operational teams concerned for co-ordination of the event or reservation.
* To conduct sales presentations and represent Maybourne at appropriate exhibitions, showcases, and whilst on business trips.
* To maintain currency market trends (via market and competitor analysis), recommending appropriate measures to ensure that the Maybourne responds competitively.
* To provide client feedback/suggestions to operational management on the delivery of our products and services.
* To refer sales leads for other territories and markets to the appropriate Sales team member for follow up.
* To treat as confidential information relating to Maybourne Hotel Group clients, their booking patterns and spends, and not to disclose such information (during employment and thereafter), without the express authorisation of the Group.
* To be fully conversant with your departmental LQA standards.
Successful candidates for our Sales Manager – Entertainment opportunity will have:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sales Force and Opera
* Have previous experience within Entertainment / Sales environment.
* Demonstrate genuine dedication to Maybourne and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.
* Have strong organisational and time management skills.
* Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
