Brand new offices in Liverpool City Centre provide a great working environment The successful candidate will be supported by the Finance Manager and will be responsible for: Checking and prioritising purchase invoices for multi-companies before inputting Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes where relevant Reconciling supplier statement balances to ledgers Payment runs Accurate input and maintenance of ledgers Preparation of multiple bank reconciliations Reconciliation of monthly expenses, company credit cards and petty cash, posting of entries into the accounting system. Sales ledger processing, credit control Assist the finance dept with any other duties as required.
