We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join the Bamford Collection Recruitment team.
Reporting to the Recruitment & Engagement Manager, you will cover end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the collection both in the Cotswolds and London. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will effectively source the best talent for our teams; recruiting a mixture of volume roles within retail, hospitality and operations and more specialist roles within head office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Screen applications and create strong shortlists of candidates
* Use recruitment resourcing tools, including job boards, partnerships, social media and other initiatives to identify and engage candidates
* Responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance, and engagement of our ATS, TeamTailor
* Deliver against recruitment team KPI's (Time to hire, quality of hire, retention)
* Work with hiring managers to create an efficient recruitment process, ensuring all candidates receive the best possible experience
* Support the Recruitment & Engagement Manager with employer brand initiatives
* Continuously seek to improve recruitment processes and procedures
* Regularly review the application process, content and careers page to ensure it aligns with our tone and brand
* Be a brand ambassador, showcasing our values and culture, promoting a positive candidate experience
* Support wider recruitment team projects
* Previous experience in a recruitment role (in-house experience is preferred)
* Experience working with an ATS (we use TeamTailor but experience with any other similar platform would be great)
* Drive and passion to find the best talent and deliver a top-class candidate experience
* Ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the team and our ways of working
* Attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter would be advantageous
