Requirements:
• A minimum of 6-12 months of relevant experience in an administrative role is essential.
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
• Excellent data entry skills
• A patient-focused approach to work
• A team player with the flexibility to support and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience within the Health and Social Care Trust (Desirable)
Responsibilities:
• Handle telephone inquiries
• Efficiently manage data entry and schedules
• Update patient files and records using computerised systems.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including tasks such as filing, photocopying, report preparation, and appointment scheduling.
• Address patient inquiries with care and professionalism
• Effectively multitask in fast-paced hospital environments
• Collaborative team player with the capacity to work effectively alongside management.
