Asset Manager - 1x Permanent, Full-Time role available. This is an exciting time for change in Tai Tarian with our vision to provide sustainable homes, develop sustainable communities and drive change for sustainability. A successful Asset Manager will be integral in helping us to achieve this vision. This role is permanent with a starting salary of £52,122 a year, rising to £54,580 after key competencies of the role are met. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management & Decarbonisation, this role is responsible for leading the Asset Management team to drive professional curiosity and create a data driven ethos within the team and wider organisation. Managing and maintaining all Asset data, ensuring data is accurate to allow for Whole Stock Assessments and the development of Target Energy pathways utilising modelled property performance coupled with set budgets and surveyed component lifespans. Criteria for Role Educated to Level 7, or equivalent experience 5 years’ experience of leading a successful service Demonstrable evidence of identifying and leading on work streams that seek to achieve improvement for colleagues, customers or the wider organisation Excellent understanding of legislation and performance standards i.e. PAS 2035 Building Regulations About The Role Some of the duties of the Asset Manager include: Consistently deliver on KPI’s with a view to continuously improving performance and service delivery Develop the Whole Stock Assessment and Target Energy Pathway with the 30-year business plan.
