My client is expanding and is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to enhance business solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless system integration. The Role
* Lead the identification and implementation of opportunities to enhance business solutions.
* Act as the key liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
* Optimise system usage and drive continuous improvement across business functions.
* Oversee system development, integration, and deployment, ensuring business readiness.
* Ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards and adhere to project management best practices.
* Support user training and develop documentation to enhance adoption of new systems.
* Manage system testing, including integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
* Take ownership of business process mapping and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure system performance and resolution of issues.
About You
You're a great fit if you have:
* A 3rd level qualification or equivalent business experience.
* Experience in business process analysis and system optimisation.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and ISO27001 compliance.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not essential)
* Experience in business intelligence tools or data analytics.
* Knowledge of automated process mapping tools.
* Familiarity with cloud-based business applications.
