Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the sales ledger by processing invoices, payments, and credit notes.
* Ensuring all transactions are accurately posted and reconciled.
* Handling customer queries with a smile and a can-do attitude.
* Collaborating with the credit control team to chase overdue accounts.
* Preparing reports for management to ensure the smooth running of the department.
