A leading local Architectural practice based near to Poole has a great new opportunity for an Assistant Architectural Technologist to join them. This is an opportunity for an Assistant Architectural Technologist to join a small team and have the opportunity to progress in your career. This is an excellent platform to learn and absorb the day-to-day workings of an architectural practice.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
1. Min. 2-3 years' experience
2. Construction technology related qualification
3. An interest in post-planning design development/drawing and document production and a good understanding of building construction and methods
4. Ability to work as part of a team but also individually - must be able to take initiative
5. Excellent written and spoken English
6. A good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and RIBA stage 4-7 stages
7. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD an advantage
8. CIAT Registered (or a desire to become registered/chartered)
9. Full UK/EU Driving licence
