Job Overview
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and well connected (in the UK & Ireland insurance claims marketplace) Client Relationship Manager for our successful Forensic Investigation Services business.
* The client-facing commercial lead for the company.
* To establish, develop and nurture lasting profitable relationships with corporate clients.
* The creation of business development strategies in order to generate profitable and business viable volume and sales revenue in alignment with annually reviewed targets.
* The primary point of contact for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
* To effectively promote the company, its services and its values.
* To build, maintain and develop strong relationships with corporate clients.
* Responsibility for generating profitable sales strategies that benefit both the company and its corporate clients in order to ensure sustainable relationships.
* Skilfully managing client expectations, delivering exemplary service, and generate stable and growing revenue through multiple client accounts.
* The daily update of an analytical Instructions Summary spreadsheet for the purposes of ready access to the up-to-date status of a range of key statistics.
* Composition of a Monthly CRM Report in a defined format FAO the Managing Director.
* The monthly review and verification / editing of client Management Information Reports prior to the issue of same to clients by Working Day 5, together with supporting commentary.
* The detailed preparation for, attendance at and lead role in client contractual Performance Review meetings.
* Support and participation as required in client Compliance Audits.
* Preparing and delivering a monthly Business Development update to the Forensic Investigation team.
* Maintenance of a Sales Pipeline.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Suitable experience of working effectively in B2B roles within the UK and Ireland insurance market.
* Adept and experienced at both managing and working within teams.
* Ideally qualified to degree level in a business management discipline.
* A robust understanding of the UK and Ireland Insurance markets and market dynamics.
* An extensive network of relevant contacts across the insurance sector.
* Strong comprehension of the perils that apply to Forensic Investigations.
* Detailed understanding of Contractual Terms and Conditions, Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators and Management Information Reporting.
