About the Role As a Support Worker, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care to children and young people with autism and learning disabilities in a residential setting. You’ll play a vital part in helping them develop life skills, communication, independence and emotional resilience. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting children with daily routines, emotional regulation, and social interaction Assisting with sensory, communication or behavioural needs in line with individual care plans Encouraging independence and building on strengths in a structured and nurturing environment Promoting inclusion, dignity, and a sense of belonging Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, therapists and professionals Ensuring safeguarding and high standards of care are upheld at all times What We’re Looking For We’re open to applicants from a wide range of care, support, and education settings.
