My client is an expanding, Scottish-based Technology organization and in line with their growth plans for 2025, they are looking to recruit an experienced IT Sales Professional to join their very successful sales team.
As a new business role, the ideal applicant will have a minimum of 2 years MSP experience and be proficient in generating opportunities from scratch.
Reporting directly to the Head of IT sales, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join them at a time of rapid expansion with the chance to influence the team and progress as it grows.
Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver advice and generate sales using a consultative approach with customers and prospects.
* Comfortable dealing with business owners and decision makers from SMB to Enterprise.
* Experience in selling managed IT services on a fully outsourced or co-managed basis.
* Up to date knowledge and track record of selling Microsoft cloud solutions.
* Experience in selling Cyber Security solutions is advantageous.
* Ability to generate business using favoured prospecting methods (networking, social media etc).
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years’ IT Sales experience.
* Proven sales experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to use your own initiative to remain competitive in the market.
* Self-motivated and hardworking individual.
* Proven experience of working with and exceeding targets.
* Confident with both telephone and face to face interaction with clients.
* Financially and target driven.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
Salary - Up to c£60k (DOE) + Comm + Car Allowance + Benefits
