Who are we looking for?
We are seeking graduates who hold a Bachelor's Degree:
BA/BSc: However, we are open to reviewing applications from individuals with other qualifications who demonstrate the right attitude & potential to thrive in this role.
What will you do?
This role is designed to immerse you in the key areas of our Specsavers stores in Hull, guided by our vision & values, with an emphasis on learning, growth & community impact:
Training:
- You’ll spend the first 12 months in one location, gaining foundational knowledge & practical skills.
Increased Responsibilities:
- Transition to working across our additional Hull stores, taking on more senior responsibilities as you progress.
Community Engagement:
- Play an active role in supporting our local Hull communities through trusted, dynamic healthcare services.
Team Leadership:
- Working alongside the Leadership team inspire & lead teams in a fast-paced retail & clinical environment.
Operational Management:
- Develop expertise in managing day-to-day operations with precision & efficiency.
Financial Acumen:
- Gain insight into influencing financial performance & driving profitability.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Master the art of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Clinical Excellence:
- Understand the clinical aspects of opticians & audiology services.
Commercial Operations:
- Contribute to achieving business goals through strategic decision-making.
Supply Chain & Manufacturing:
- Explore the journey of our products from creation to customer.
