Are you a hands-on, adaptable HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have proven experience in Employment Law, Compliance and Employee Relations? If so then Onebright will present you with the opportunity to make a major impact on how we support our employees across the UK.
As our new Head of HR, you will manage the Onebright people function, assuming responsibility for all aspects of the company’s people operation, whilst aligning HR strategies for first class HR service
You will oversee effective delivery of communication across the business, reporting back to our Senior Leadership Team on all HR Operational performance issues including:
• Oversee effective delivery of the Onebright employee life cycle, including recruitment, background checks, issuing employee contracts and wider onboarding practices
• Effecive and timely management of clinical and other professional accreditations, qualifications and key compliance factors relating to healthcare sector
• Management of disciplinary and grievance processes and wider people management practices within all staff groups including clinical and non-clinical employees
• Managing effective working relationship with our Finance team to deliver a smooth and professional payroll service.
• Oversee employee benefits provision including pension and wider recognition programmes
• Ensure full compliance with employment law and health and safety standards
• Oversee effective delivery of appraisal processes, supporting SLT colleagues and the Executive Team with appropriate people management requirements
What we need from you
• Proficient in managing benefits, performance management, and training programs.
• Experience of supporting payroll service activities for a business with 500+ dedicated staff.
• Skilled in fostering company culture and driving employee engagement, both verbally and using digital communications platforms to maintain and further enhance employee satisfaction.
• Strong HR analytics skills and commitment to driving diversity and inclusion agenda.
• CIPD Level 7 (preferable)
