We seek a Lead Youth Worker to mentor young people at risk of serious youth violence through 1-to-1 support, workshops, and community activities. This role will cover community, outreach, and residential works across Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, and Thurrock. You will be leading a team of 2-3 Youth Workers. Key Responsibilities: Mentor young people and encourage positive choices. Develop workshops, after-school clubs, and holiday programs. Build strong relationships within schools and communities. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with funder requirements. Lead a team of Youth Workers.Requirements: Level 3 Youth Work qualification (or equivalent) with Level 2 English. Two years' experience working with at-risk youth in a full-time role. Experience in mentoring, safeguarding, and youth engagement. Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
