Main duties of the job Working as part of the Executive team at LPT and the Operational Directors Team at NHFT you will be responsible and accountable for: Providing demonstrable and visible leadership across the Directorates and clinical services. Delivery of quality services around the core dimensions of safety, effectiveness and patient experience. Working with others contribute to the development of strategic plans in line with overall Trusts strategy. Performance management of all services in line with local and national performance targets and standards. Ensuring clinical engagement, taking responsibility for good governance, safety and risk management. Taking a commercial and business approach to services which recognises and adapts to the needs of our population. Bring together teams across the Group to work collectively and collaboratively to ensure the delivery of shared learning and best practice in order to deliver the best outcomes for our patients, carers and their families.
