Reed Technology are delighted to be supporting a leading organisation based in Cheltenham, who are looking to recruit an ambitious IT Support Analyst to join their friendly and successful team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Log incidents by phone and email in a timely fashion.
2. Ensure that tickets are correct (category, priority, allocation, etc.).
3. Ensure the ticket is correctly categorised and prioritized.
4. Develop and maintain self-service documentation.
5. Responsible for keeping the user informed on the progress of their support ticket.
6. Escalate tickets where required to the IT management team.
7. Work with the team to reduce repeatable incidents.
8. Assisting with processing new users (accounts, email, permissions, etc.).
Your technical knowledge will ideally cover Microsoft Windows 8 or newer, Microsoft Office 2013 or newer, and Microsoft Active Directory user admin.
