Apply today The Account Manager Role: First point of contact for all internal and external customers, ensuring an excellent and efficient service is delivered Responsible for overseeing and maintaining all activity for the customers accounts, supporting with generating and presenting quotations and estimated timescales Visit customers and support with site visits when customers attend the site Work closely with the Customer Management Team to ensure a smooth service is delivered and any potential risks or issues that occur are addressed and resolved immediately Ensure working to personal and department objectives and KPI”s are met to ensure wider business goals are achieved Manage manufacturing build projects or account issues, implementing a delivery recovery plan to satisfy the customer and avoiding further escalation Ensure customer forecasts are maintained, monitored and updated and present to Manager(s) Support with other duties as the business demands, working collaboratively with internal teams You’ll Need: Experience of operating within an engineering or manufacturing environment, highly desirable to have experience of working in the aerospace industry Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of building robust relationships and operating within cross-functional teams Able to follow instructions, however also able to use own initiative to drive tasks to completion and make decisions Attention to detail and accuracy in the work carried out.
