We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Humanities Instructor to join our secondary schools in Southend on sea starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Humanities Instructor to inspire and educate students across a range of humanities subjects, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking skills.
As a Humanities Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners. You will have the ability to bring history, geography, and other humanities subjects to life, making them relevant and accessible for students. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in school activities will also be key aspects of your role.
The ideal Humanities Instructor will have excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for student development. You should be able to motivate and challenge students, ensuring they reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in humanities subjects.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
3. Encourage critical thinking and independent learning among students.
4. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
5. Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and collaboration with staff.
