Job Description
The new AD's will be responsible for the day-to-day management of designated accounts to ensure the delivery of a high standard of work, managing account teams to maintain high standards and outstanding service on time and on budget.
This will include:
* Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly mid-level or day-to-day clients, and be responsible for the delivery and quality of all work sent to clients.
* New business: being a key player in pitches and proposal writing.
* Communication and Team Work.
The Successful Applicant
My client is looking for candidates who have:
* A creative approach to political comms, with a good track record in implementing communications strategies.
* The ability to manage complex and fast-paced client programmes.
* A good working knowledge of politics and how the media works.
* Strong writing and presenting skills.
* Commercial awareness and a new business focus.
* Excellent political network.
* Strong understanding of public affairs and experience devising and implementing creative campaigns which drive meaningful, measurable change in outcomes.
* Experience in a public affairs agency or very politically 'plugged in'.
