There are two roles available to be based at our new residential provisions located in Ellesmere Port and Northwich. The homes will be: a solo provision in Ellesmere Port that will support young people in short term placements whilst they are bridging to another placement or so that their needs can be assessed to help identify a long-term placement. a four bed provision in Northwich which will support young people in long term placements. You should have experience of working with vulnerable children and experience at leading, inspiring and motivating people in this type of setting to ensure exceptional care for children. This is an exciting job opportunity for someone who is motivated by the prospect of being part of a team who are taking forward the expansion of our residential service. The successful candidate would also be willing to work within other homes within the service when support is required.
