Role Overview:
Teaching Personnel is actively recruiting passionate and dedicated teachers for multiple roles across primary, secondary, and special educational needs (SEN) schools in Stafford and the surrounding areas. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for your first role, an experienced teacher seeking a new challenge, or someone wanting flexible supply work, we have opportunities to suit your skills and availability.
We are particularly keen to hear from teachers with experience in core subjects, SEN, and behaviour management, as well as those open to long-term and permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching in a primary, secondary, or SEN setting.
* Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills.
* Passionate about supporting students in reaching their full potential.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in different school environments.

To Be Eligible for This Role Through Teaching Personnel, You Must:
* Hold the right to work in the UK.
* Have an enhanced child DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to apply for one.
* Provide two professional references covering the last two years.
