Purpose
* To deliver a great shopping experience for customers, prioritizing customer needs over tasks.
* Champion new ways of working within stores through an open mindset and positive attitude.
* Complete tasks and processes that deliver 'best in town' standards.
* Serve and sell across all channels effectively.
* Be the voice of our customers to help us continually improve.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation, availability, and cleanliness.
* Utilize all digital tools and communication channels effectively.
* Share customer and colleague feedback to improve services.
* Support colleagues in building skills and confidence through knowledge sharing.
* Take ownership of personal learning & development and access digital learning solutions proactively.
* Know daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Have excellent product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services.
* Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
* Understand store priorities and their role in achieving them.
* Complete tasks efficiently and in line with SOPs.
* Minimize costs and waste through good practices.
* Follow safe and legal working practices.
