Job Description We’re looking for a dynamic Sell Thru Specialist (W/M) to play a key role in enhancing the consumer experience, the brand visibility, and accelerate the stock rotation by leveraging the sell thru toolbox delivered by the Brand, delivering an excellent omnichannel Salomon consumer experience and qualitative Brand visibility. The role’s primary focus is to ensure adequate Brand and Product presence in the assigned stores through VM, maximize sales through higher conversion actions, enhance the stores’ relationships and report back to the business on most important indicators. In-store visibility – VM responsible Visit assigned stores after first seasonal drop and regularly to implement best-in-class execution of Salomon branding and products Ensure brand and products are in the right space, visible, re-arrange if needed Products, fixtures, branding, communication maintenance and enhancement Implementation of seasonal stories and product technologies and warrant of Campaign visibility through branding tools and aesthetic sense Management of shop windows and engagement zones, coordination of Salomon branding spaces construction Help the sales team to negotiate and obtain prime location for Brand and products placement Sell-out support Carry out promo/ sell-thru days/ demo days Support Campaigns and drive-to-store consumers and communities’ events and activations Identify and facilitate potential stock replenishment/ return opportunities and submit reorders proposal to salespeople Shop Pro engagement Deliver store staff Brand and product trainings at store/s level and bigger clinics Manage relationship with Shop Pros and develop their Brand love Support for trade fairs and local events where applicable Facilitate business opportunities through strong relationships Stores KPIs reporting Brand visibility reporting: photos of Salomon dedicated spaces, windows, branding with recommendations for improvement Periodically create summaries from trainings including statistics and feedback Competition benchmark feedback Sell thru performance monitoring - where applicable Sportstyle stores focus Instore check and report discrepancies versus standard (branding, assortment) Sell-out: support KA team in organized events in the store Manage relationship with store staff (incl. seeding) and develop their Brand love Be the eyes and ears in epicentre for Sportstyle GenZ, gain information from shop pros on product demand and consumer Regularly feedback KA teams with information
