My client is seeking a team coordinator/scheduling administrator/scheduler to join their team. This is working in a varied, fast paced role, where you will play a crucial role within the organization. Hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities of the role:
* Coordinate and schedule appointments and diaries
* Communicate with team members and clients to schedule and confirm appointments
* Respond to customer calls and emails
* Update the system and records
* Collaborate with other staff to optimise scheduling processes
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues as they arise
* General admin support for the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Administration experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous experience with scheduling is desirable
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Strong IT skills
