Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere (1 mile from Newby Bridge) is owned by Classic Lodges. We have 73 luxury bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, brasserie, pool, spa, and conference suite ‘overlooking nothing but the lake’.
We have a friendly team and are always looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to come on board. It is an exciting time to join, with our hotel undergoing renovation and exciting projects in the pipeline. We are currently recruiting for the position of Receptionist.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Become the face of our operation, greeting, welcoming and enhancing the whole guest experience.
2. Checking guests in and out.
3. Answering phone calls and email enquiries.
4. Handling of bill queries and banking.
Ideally, you will:
1. Be friendly and welcoming.
2. Have the ability to work as part of a small team, as well as being part of the wider team.
3. Have a passion for customer service and hospitality.
4. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Have previous experience as a receptionist or Reslynx experience.
